There are programs that allow licensing by number of users (good for organizations where each employee uses the software from multiple devices) or by number of devices (good for shared workstations). Yes. AnyWare works directly with authorized manufacturers and resellers. Licenses are purchased from an official source and registered in the customer’s name, in accordance with the manufacturer’s licensing terms.

• Perpetual License: Permanent license. You purchase the right to use a specific version of the software forever. There is usually an additional cost for updates and support after the first year.
• Subscription License: Annual subscription. You pay a periodic usage fee (two years/monthly). This model ensures that you will always have the most up-to-date version and includes full technical support as part of the price.
  Our recommendation: The global trend is moving towards subscriptions, but for some organizations a permanent license is still more profitable. We will help you calculate the profitability (ROI) for each product.

Per-user licensing is typically suitable for employees who use the software on multiple computers or devices. Per-device licensing can be suitable for shared workstations where multiple employees use the same computer. Our team examines the way your organization works and helps you choose the most cost-effective and appropriate licensing model.

In many cases, it is possible to upgrade at a reduced cost instead of purchasing a new license at full price. We check each customer’s eligibility for upgrades with the manufacturer to save costs.

Licenses purchased through AnyWare are documented in our license archive. In the event of a lost key, computer replacement, or reinstallation, we assist in locating license details and understanding reactivation options according to manufacturer policy.

Yes. We specialize in supporting Offline Activation processes for organizations operating in closed or secure environments without an internet connection.
